Fitness Crew is an on-site workplace training program offered by Activate MHC and the Martinsville-Henry County Family YMCA in conjunction with your employer. Upon completion of the program, or during the program, the opportunity to participate in a special reduced rate membership at the YMCA is available. Tracking and workout tools are provided, as well as a food journal, to assist you in obtaining your personal fitness goals. If your employer is not aware of the Fitness Crew opportunity, tell us and we will share the information to start your workplace program.
